Music is one of Ireland's chief expressions of cultural heritage. In Ireland, music and pubs go hand in hand. In fact, Ireland has produced an astonishing number of entertainers who have achieved fame and critical acclaim on the international stage with many of them starting in traditional Irish pubs.
In typical American bars the music is so loud that people must scream back and forth to communicate. Like the great pubs of Ireland, Keegan's Pub plays its music subtly, so that people can enjoy the warmth of a great conversation.
Recorded background music is played daily featuring a mix of traditional and contemporary Irish music, with emphasis on the traditional. Live Irish music featuring local and regional performers is scheduled on a weekly basis.
Plus, two dart boards are available at all times.
